🎯 Project Purpose
This campaign marked the launch of Million Miniatures Studios, my independent miniature design studio. The goal was to develop a fully narrative-driven miniature collection from scratch, bringing together:

Functional 3D printable miniatures

Original storytelling

Stylized but technically accurate designs

A self-sufficient creative and production pipeline

The character Sheriff Abigail Morgan is the heart of the collection — a fierce and stylish western heroine whose story unfolds across six dynamic poses and a set of custom-designed props.

This project was also my first Kickstarter campaign, which reached:

🧠 Narrative Context
The campaign was designed as a cinematic sequence of events:

The Bank Heist Intel – Abigail prepares for a covert mission after hearing whispers of an attack.

The Armory Ambush – She stops the gang’s attempt to steal weapons and dynamite.

The Cantina Duel – A surprise brawl breaks out mid-lunch with McGold’s brutal enforcer.

The Stables Encounter – Alone and unarmed, Abigail faces a tense standoff with Snow Oldbeauty.

The Night Watch – Suspecting a trap, she sets a decoy and guards her house from a nearby hill.

The Victory Pose – A bonus victory stance celebrating her defiance and grit.

In addition to Abigail’s multiple versions, the campaign included:

Detailed scenic bases

Props for narrative immersion (armchair, saloon doors, bags of dynamite, rifle, and more)

Pre-supported STL files in 32 mm and 75 mm scales

🚀 Result & Impact
This campaign validated the studio’s creative vision and technical pipeline. The high engagement, successful funding, and strong backer feedback built a foundation for future collections. It also proved that rich, story-driven characters resonate in the tabletop printing community when backed by solid execution and consistent style.

This was not just a character release — it was a complete, modular storyworld in miniature form.
